Mass emails are stupid. Do not send mass emails.. especially with Gmail

Okay, if you take the time to organize your address book, then great, annoy everybody.
I made a stupid move today and sent out an email to everyone in my address book.  I didn't think about GMAIL saving EVERY email that comes through my box.  I suck, yes I know.  If you saw this site, great, don't flame me please.  I'm sorry,... and honestly, I'm sorry to an extent.  Just delete it.  I have an inbox full of people pissed off, so please refrain.  You will not get another chain/mass/stupid email from me again.... (I can't believe some of the emails I had on that list)
